The Bronaar Foundation was established to provide financial support to previously disadvantaged individuals, groups, and organizations, with a focus on education, career development, sports, and cultural opportunities. Our commitment extends beyond financial aid – we also appoint mentors to guide and assist students throughout their studies, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
We invite applications from prospective students in our surrounding communities and the wider Ceres/Koue Bokkeveld region. If you are interested, please download the application form below.

Join us in empowering the next generation. As a registered 18(A) PBO, donations to the Bronaar Foundation are tax-deductible, making it easier for individuals, families, and organisations to contribute to positive change in our community. Together, we can open doors to education, development, and opportunity.
Behind every success is a story of perseverance, ambition, and support. At the Bronaar Foundation, we are proud to have been part of so many journeys – helping individuals overcome challenges, unlock their potential, and achieve their dreams. These stories of hope highlight the incredible impact of education, mentorship, and community support in transforming lives.

Nella’s passion for education led her to pursue teaching, and after working as an au pair abroad, she returned to work as a foundation phase assistant. She continues to follow her dream of becoming a fully qualified teacher.
Born with a love for agriculture, Arno became a fruit and vegetable production manager at De Keur Estate. His dream is to see South Africa thrive in harmony, with equal opportunities for all.
Inspired by her brother’s work in social development, Clarize pursued social work with the help of the Bronaar Foundation. She continues to make a difference in her community and encourages others to seek out support when needed.
